Our Cheddar Bratwurst takes our traditional pork brat recipe and folds in real cheddar cheese that melts into every bite when grilled. Made from our pasture-raised Berkshire and Duroc hogs, ground and stuffed into natural casings — no fillers, no preservatives.
Grill them low and slow until the casing snaps and the cheese turns gooey. Serve on a toasted bun with grainy mustard or sliced peppers and onions.
