Our Original Bratwurst is made from our pasture-raised Berkshire and Duroc hogs, ground and stuffed into natural casings with a traditional German-style seasoning blend. No fillers, no preservatives, no shortcuts — just real pork the way it's supposed to taste.
Grill them low and slow, pan-sear until golden, or simmer in beer and onions for a classic Wisconsin-style brat. Pairs beautifully with sauerkraut, grainy mustard, and a cold drink.
