Our Story - How Watts Way Farms Began

Watts Way Farms — is a family-run, first-generation regenerative farm based in Franklin, Georgia, built on a simple belief: food should be raised the right way, not the easiest or fastest way.

Because we didn’t inherit a “this is how it’s always been done” mindset, we’ve been intentional from day one — learning from experienced producers, investing in regenerative practices, and staying hands-on with every part of the operation. We chose pasture, animal welfare, and long-term soil health as the foundation, not as marketing terms.

Our animals live outdoors where they belong — cattle grazing fresh pasture, pigs rooting through woods and grass, and chickens following behind to naturally fertilize the land. This rotational, pasture-based system builds healthier soil, calmer animals, and better food.

We raise everything in small batches, use quality local feed, and work with local processors so there’s full transparency from farm to freezer. No shortcuts. No industrial scale. No guessing where your food came from.

We don’t chase tradition for tradition’s sake, and we don’t chase scale. We focus on doing things thoughtfully — and producing honest food you can trust.
