Note: This is a reservation item. Pork will be harvested on March 23, 2026, processed, and typically ready about one week later. Pickup or delivery will be scheduled afterward at a time that works best for you.

Our Duroc & Berkshire hogs are raised outdoors with room to roam and root, resulting in darker meat, better fat quality, and superior flavor compared to commercial pork.
