πŸ₯© Half Beef

All the benefits of farm-direct beef β€” without committing to a full freezer.

Buying a half beef means you get half of a single animal, raised slowly and humanely on pasture, finished for flavor, and cut to your specifications. It's a great way to stock up on beef for the months ahead while knowing exactly where it came from, and it fits easily in a standard chest freezer.

What you get:

  • Approximately 185 - 220 lbs hanging weight

  • Roughly 115-140 lbs of packaged beef

  • Estimated total cost: approximately $1,250 - $1,500 based on hanging weight at $6.75/lb (processing included)

  • 21-day dry-aged for tenderness and flavor

  • A full mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and soup bones

  • Your own cut sheet, so you choose how your half is cut and wrapped through our USDA processor

  • Vacuum-sealed, labeled, freezer-ready cuts

Raised the same way as our whole beef:

  • Pasture-raised, grass-fed, grain-finished

  • No antibiotics or added hormones

  • Small-farm, humane practices

πŸ‘‰ Perfect for households that want premium beef without the storage commitment of a whole.

Important: This listing is a deposit only to reserve your half beef.
Final price is determined by the actual hanging weight recorded by the processor.
