Our Jalapeño & Cheddar Bratwurst brings the heat — but not too much. Real jalapeños add a clean, bright spice while sharp cheddar mellows the bite and melts beautifully when grilled. Made from our pasture-raised Berkshire and Duroc hogs, ground and stuffed into natural casings with no fillers or preservatives.
Throw them on the grill until the casing snaps. Serve with a cold beer, a toasted bun, and whatever toppings you love. Also outstanding sliced into beans, jambalaya, or breakfast hash.
