Our Cured & Smoked Bacon comes from the bellies of our pasture-raised Berkshire and Duroc hogs — heritage breeds prized for their rich marbling and deep flavor. Cured the traditional way and slow-smoked over hardwood for that authentic, never-rushed taste that mass-produced bacon can't touch.
Thick-cut for proper texture. Renders cleanly without curling into a tight knot. Crisps up beautifully in a cast iron skillet, and the rendered fat is liquid gold for cooking eggs, greens, or roasting vegetables.
